Brown Dog Foundation (Cats & Dogs) Grants for necessary medical treatment for the dog for a ONE-TIME scenario. Will not work with BluePearl clinics.

Feline Rescue Society FARS Program (Cats) Helps owners facing financial hardships. Helps pets who would otherwise be surrendered to a shelter or euthanized due to the owner’s inability to afford treatment for illness/injury.

Friends & Vets Helping Pets (Cats & Dogs) Assistance for families with financial limitations to pay for lifesaving (not life prolonging) treatment for curable diseases. Such as tumors, broken bones, ambulatory care, expensive medication, or post-surgical prosthetic devices.

HandicappedPets.com (Dogs)

Heal Foundation (Dogs) Funding only for spayed/neutered dogs, limited to a $1,000 limit per applicant. Must apply for CareCredit and Scratchpay, owner must pay at least 25% of total fee.

Land of Pure Gold (Dogs) Offers $1000 grants for cancer treatment for working dogs throughout the U.S. and Canada. Must be full-time working dog partner in areas of assistance, detection, search & rescue, law enforcement, military or animal-assisted therapy.

Lexi’s Legacy (Dogs) Provides financial assistance for urgent medical care to sick and injured dogs.

Live Like Roo (Cats & Dogs) Helps cover healthcare costs related to cancer treatment. Grants are awarded monthly. Grant review process requires 3-4 weeks.

Miranda’s People (Dogs) Provides financial assistance for dogs with cancer. We evaluate each application on the facts of the particular case and/or the treating Vet’s medical opinion.

Molly’s Hope  (Cats & Dogs) Grants range between $300-$400.

Mosby Foundation (Dogs) Helps to pay medical expenses for sick, abused and neglected dogs.

Onyx and Breezy (Cats & Dogs) offers help for pets of individuals where medical hardship is present.

Paws 4 A Cure (Cats & Dogs) Provides financial assistance for non-routine veterinary care. Maximum assistance per pet is $500.

Pet Lifeline Financial Assistance Program (Cats & Dogs) Awards one pet owner per month $200 toward treatment fees.

Red Rover (Cats & Dogs) Offers one-time grants to low or no-income families, rescuers and Good Samaritans facing emergency veterinary crises.

The Peanut Fund (Cats & Dogs) Provides financial assistance with small dollar grants of $50-$200.

Tri-pawds  (Cats & Dogs) for amputation surgeries only. Awards 2 grants per month, $1,000 each.

Trio Animal Foundation  (Cats & Dogs) assists shelters, rescues and individuals by paying the medical bills of HOMELESS pets.

Emma’s Foundation for Canine Cancer (Dogs) New England area and Florida only. Raises funds for dogs who due to the owner’s/caretaker’s financial constraints, would not be able to have or complete cancer treatment without assistance.

Jake Brady Memorial Fund  (Cats & Dogs) Ohio. Provides funding for corrective, suitable, and life-saving medical treatment to companion animals of families in need.

KarmaSue (Cats & Dogs) Colorado. Provides financial assistance for families with a companion pet.

Operation D.O.G. (Dogs) Polk and Marion counties in Oregon. Financial assistance for veterinary care for dogs of families experiencing financial hardship.

STARelief and Pet Assistance (Dogs) Connecticut. Provides financial assistance for canine cancer treatment to residents that are: Experiencing Financial Challenges; Senior Citizens; Sick and/or Terminally Ill; U.S. Military Veterans and Their Families.

Guide Dog Assistance Fund helps to fund emergency/unexpected care for working guide dogs (trained at registered schools anywhere in North America) living in Canada. Will fund before care and up to three months after care.

The Farley Foundation was established by the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) in 2001 and assists people in need by subsidizing the cost of veterinary care for the pets

Animal Cancer Therapy Subsidization Society (ACTSS) is a registered Alberta Charity dedicated to increasing accessibility to cancer therapies for Alberta pets. ACTSS will help offset the cost of treatment for advanced cancer therapies designed by board certified veterinarians.
